# Orient families to the lobby kiosk

## 1. Confirm the school

Check the school name before a family uses the lobby device. The kiosk must be approved for this school.

## 2. Choose Family and PIN or QR

A verified guardian uses their private credential. Never expose real PINs or QR codes in a tutorial.

## 3. Verify before selecting children

In normal use, confirm the returned family and select only the children arriving or leaving. Follow protected pickup warnings.

## 4. Wait for confirmation

After an authorized check-in or check-out, wait for completion and reset the screen. Do not repeat an uncertain action.
